Project Navigator specializes in providing project
planning and management
services to PRP
groups. Key services are described in the
Martin Aaron
Services section and include overall project
coordination, logistics and scheduling, cost control,
strategy execution, regulatory negotiations (U.S. EPA
Region 2), community relations, resource selection, and
oversight and coaching of project resources.
We do not compete with traditional consulting resources.
Rather, we elevate the project performance of all resources
by insuring that they are appropriately tasked, and seamlessly
